It is not a problem at all if you leave the tracking number as blank at your Seller Central.
As we use in-house trucker of AEB Logistics for delivery to Amazon FC, you can track shipment at your AEB portal:

Delivery appointment to Amazon will be made by AEB Logistics via AEB Carrier Central, and Amazon inform you as soon as the shipment is delivered.
AEB tracking number/order number is not integrated with Amazon because the trucker is NOT booked by you at Seller Central, or say you use 3rd party trucker.
